Surfguys Costa Rica Adventures are from November to March. Let us know what dates you are interested in, and we’ll make the necessary arrangements. We recommend booking well in advance due to limited space.

We must have payment in full no later than 2 weeks prior to your adventure. The sooner the reservations, the better, as we do fill up fast.

We accept electronic payment through PayPal. We also accept personal checks, money orders, and certified checks.

Surfguys Surf School Refund Policy

Surfguys Surf School will refund 100% of any deposit within 30 days of scheduled arrival. If Surfguys Surf School has incurred costs that are not recoverable such as hotel penalties, these costs will be passed on to the guest.

Any cancellations between 30 and 14 days prior to scheduled arrival shall be subject to 15% penalty of said deposit in addition to any unrecoverable costs as stated above.

Any cancellation within 14 days of scheduled arrival shall be subject to 50% penalty of said deposit in addition to any unrecoverable costs as stated above.

dangers as does any sport, and I hereby wave, hold harmless, and forever discharge from 
any liability damages or claims of damages for personal injury, including accidental 
death, as well as claims of property damage against Surfguy Enterprises Inc., the US 
government, the State of Florida, and their members or agents.I also understand that 
petty theft does occur in Costa Rica. I release Surfguy Enterprises Inc., The Harbor 
Reef Hotel of any and all liability in event of lost, stolen, damaged or otherwise of 
personal property. I also acknowledge that by releasing Surfguys Costa Rica Adventures, 
Surfguy Enterprises Inc. of any and all liability that it is inclusive of its employees, 
supervisors, and owners, et al. Surfguys Costa Rica Adventures is not responsible for 
lost luggage, delayed flights, missed transportation, etc. I hereby acknowledge that I 
release Surfguy Enterprises Inc. of any liability due to airline service problems.
